How to use them in the kitchen?

If we grind them we obtain Hemp flour, but the (hulled or whole) seeds can also be used to enrich your salad and in the preparation of cookies or sauces. 

You can appreciate the properties of the seeds, by making the famous Hemp Milk:

It’s very simple: you just need a blender in which you put your hulled hemp seeds and water in a 1 to 3 ratio; blend, poor into a glass and it is ready!
