Rooibos

Rooibos comes from the plant fynbos in South Africa, consumed since the end of 1700. Rooibos contains unique bioactive phytochemicals, such as aspalathin, luteolin, and quercetin, which all have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-mutagenic effects. Polyphenols such as rutin and quercetin enhance the anti-inflammatory effects of rooibos in allergies and digestion.

Sencha Green Tea

Sencha green tea is a type of Japanese tea that comes from Camellia Sinensis. Sencha tea is produced by tea leaves exposed to the sun all year, cultivated in the shade for 30 days before the harvest. Sencha leaves are pressed tightly in shapes similar to a needle. Leaf covering seems to increase the chlorophyll leaves concentration, turning the leaves to dark green color. Camelia Sinensis is famous for the polyphenols used in medicine since ancient times. Sencha green tea is rich in metals, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, and zinc.
